All carriers must check in no later than  10AM on Thursday, June 11, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc's. terms. 7 business day standard ground service at exhibitor expense.

Advance Warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
